Administration of Deceased Estates
We have years of experience in administering deceased estates which includes advising and assisting Executors and Heirs, reporting estates to the Master of the High Court and obtaining the Letter of Authority or Letter of Executorship, the opening of deceased estate bank accounts, collecting estate monies, sale and transfers of assets and finalizing the Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, complying with Masters’ requests and complying with the Administration of Estates Act.
