MW Nothnagel Attorneys was established in 2004. Over the years we have successfully attended to a plethora of legal matters, in a wide variety of legal areas. We were able to assist many clients with matters ranging from High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation (including civil and criminal matters), labour issues, evictions, family law matters (including divorce and maintenance issues), commercial matters, insolvent estates, deceased estates, liquidations and everything in between.
Our aim is, and has always been, to assist our clients with professionalism and utmost care, safeguarding and protecting our clients’ rights at all times, and acting in the best interest of our clients.
