Notarial Services
It is our mission to provide our clients with good and proper service
NOTARIAL SERVICES
Our Notarial Services Department was established in 2018 and holds a proud track record of great service and many happy clients. Our Notary Public has 17 years of experience in an extensive array of Notarial Services and is able to provide focused and targeted solutions.

We are able to assist with any Notarial Services that may be required, which include, but are not limited to:
Registration of Personal Servitudes, including usufructs, habitatio and usus
These types of servitude registrations would occur where a property owner wishes to provide a non-owner with a real right to his property to occupy and use the property, which right is stronger than a lease. A typical example hereof would be the granting of a usufruct in favour of a parent, while the property is registered in the name of the child, or where a grandparent is living in a separate dwelling (“granny flat”) on the property and wishes to secure his/her rights to occupy and use the property.
Antenuptial Contracts
Our Notary Public consults personally with the parties to ensure that they understand the various options available to them when choosing a marital regime, and provides advice based on the personal circumstances of each case. Registration of an Antenuptial Contract is quick, painless and personalised.
Authentication of Documents for use overseas
It is often necessary to prepare document copies for use overseas, such as visa and job applications requiring Notarised copies of birth certificates, passports and academic qualifications. Our offices are able to assist with the authentication process and obtaining the necessary certification from either the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) or the Registrar of the High Court for an Apostille.
Life-partner Agreements
Should a couple not be desirous to get married, but nonetheless want to regulate their life partnership through a formal agreement, our offices will be able to assist. These types of Agreements are usually required where a life partner needs to be added as a beneficiary on a medical scheme, and our offices are ready to help.
Registration of Praedial Servitudes, including Right of Way, Right of Access and Encroachment Servitudes
These types of servitude registrations will affect the property itself, and is typically used to secure a right of way or right of access over the property in favour of another adjacent property, or to regulate the relationship between two neighbouring property owners in cases where one building encroaches over the border into the adjacent property.
